Carilion Clinic Reporting Analytics (Melissa Cash)

As we work our way into the week of Thanksgiving I am reminded of a job well done by our Reporting Analytics Team, specifically Melissa Cash! She helped us rework our supplement reports those persons working in the Diet offices around the organization. We made a novel change to the way providers order supplements to finally be able to capture discontinued supplements effectively system-wide. 

Thus, I am Thankful to this teams hastened call to action during this crucial changeover for all our hospitals. 

Sometimes we forget a simple change can have a boulder wide ripple in the pond. Our systems are delicate, yet powerful tools we need in order to serve our communities effectively.
