Bonnie Gusler - Serving with a smile at CFMH

I want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU and share our appreciation for the hard work and positive attitude that Bonnie Gusler shares on a daily basis. This shift started out very busy for us in ICU. At the start of the shift we had to move out two of our patients to Acute Care, transfer one of the Acute Care patients into ICU, and get an admission from the Emergency Department. That meant there were two ICU rooms and one room on Acute Care that needed to be cleaned in a timely manner to facilitate a transfer and an admission. Bonnie is always smiling and eager to help, and today was no different. She jumped right in cleaning the rooms, helped me move a patient's bed into ICU, and delayed going to lunch to finish up the room swaps. She even double mopped one room when the bed left dark streaks on the freshly mopped floor. She is a model for teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency. We are grateful for all that she does to keep our unit clean and running smoothly.
