CFMH's Glenn Hawkins, Maintenance Goes above and beyond

We had a staff member that had an issue at one of our remote locations and unfortunately didn’t have a vehicle available to get there. He was running out of options and stopped by Maintenance and mentioned the situation. Before he could even really explain what was going on, Glenn said, “Let’s go” and grabbed the keys to the truck, helped him load up the equipment needed and drove him to the site.  The staff member commented, "This had absolutely nothing to do with Glenn’s responsibilities, and I know he had plenty of his own work to get done. The issue also took me a little while to resolve once we got there, but none of that mattered to him. He was happy to help, had a great attitude the entire time, and never made me feel like I was putting him out. We work with a great group in Maintenance, and they are always willing to help, but Glenn really bailed me out when I didn’t have many other options. His willingness to jump in and help another department without hesitation says a lot about the kind of person and teammate he is!"
