Celebrating Our Outstanding Ancillary Team Members
In recognition of Nursing Assistants Week in June, the CRMH Ancillary Council invited team members to submit nominations across several superlative categories to celebrate the exceptional contributions of our Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and ancillary staff.
We are proud to announce that Sydney Brown, 8W, has been selected as our 2026 Care Partner of the Year!

| Sydney takes the best care of her patients and always does the right thing without having to be asked. Sydney exemplifies what it means to be on a team. There was a super busy shift and the nurses kept coming to Sydney to ask for her help because they know Sydney will do it without any complaint. Sydney continues to shine to bright on the unit. It’s refreshing walking onto the unit and seeing Syd. She’s the most compassionate PCT I’ve had the pleasure to work with. A patient celebrated his birthday on 8W with us and Sydney made sure that patient felt special. She’s one of the strongest PCTs we have on the unit and everyone knows they can come to her for help. Not only does she help her team, but she also helps the patients and their families. Sydney runs the entire shift.” And doesn’t leave things left undone for the next shift. She always gives report bedside. |
