Celebrating 40 Years of Service: Honoring Peggy Sowers

Guest and Volunteer Services Senior Director Peggy Sowers plans to retire after 40 years of dedicated service effective Aug. 3. This achievement represents far more than tenure, reflects a remarkable legacy shaped by commitment, resilience, and a steadfast dedication to excellence.

Over the past four decades, Peggy has been an integral part of our organization’s growth and success. Her work has contributed to building a strong culture of service, strengthening teams, and advancing our mission through periods of change and opportunity. Throughout her career, Peggy has exemplified professionalism, leadership, and compassion. From her early days with the organization in marketing to her most recent accomplishments in Guest Services, Peggy has consistently demonstrated a willingness to support others, mentor colleagues, and guide teams with integrity.
