Information About the Unclaimed Property List
Each year, the Commonwealth of Virginia Unclaimed Property List is published in Virginia newspapers. It was published in the Roanoke Times on Sunday, June 7.
This list includes the names of owners of unclaimed property held by the Virginia Department of Treasury’s Unclaimed Property Division, which serves as a central "lost and found" of money or other property owed by businesses which are unclaimed, abandoned, or forgotten by the owner.
Our Tax Department monitors and manages unclaimed property listed for Carilion. Please do not file claim requests on behalf of Carilion, because duplicate requests may cause processing issues.
Contact tax@carilionclinic.org if you have questions about Carilion unclaimed property.
You might have money due to you! To search for your own name and to learn more about unclaimed property, visit the Virginia Department of the Treasury's website.
