CFMH Rookie of the Year Winner

Congratulations to Madison White from CFMH for being selected as this years winner of "Rookie of the Year"!

"Madison has shown tremendous growth in all areas of nursing.  She goes above and beyond to be a great team player and offer a helping hand to her coworkers.  She learns new skills quickly and is able to apply them and expand upon them.  She has a positive and upbeat attitude and is always pleasant with her coworkers and her patients.  I believe one of her best qualities as a new nurse in the ICU is her ability to speak up and ask questions.  If she doesn't know, she asks which in turns expands her knowledge and skills.  This is a skill a lot of nurses whether new or experienced could improve upon.  As we all know there is always something to learn in the world of nursing!  I would choose to work with Madison again and again."
