Seen in Green for Mental Health Awareness!

During May, Wellness at Work celebrated Mental Health Month in honor of this year's theme, "More Good Days, Together."

More than 100 employees tuned in each week to webinars supporting and encouraging social connections, including Stress First Aid, The Power of Friendship, The Benefits of Social Leisure, and Talk Saves Lives (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention).  All webinars were recorded and can be viewed on the Wellness Hub on Inside Carilion.
