| I would like to nominate Mark Forbes for his outstanding leadership and presence in the Emergency Department as a CTL. Mark is truly the calmest in a crisis—no matter how busy or overwhelming things get, he maintains a steady, composed demeanor that helps keep the entire department running smoothly. He handles the department exceptionally well, balancing the demands of patient care, staff support, and workflow with confidence and ease. His calm presence is reassuring to everyone around him, especially during high-pressure situations. In addition to his strong leadership skills, Mark brings a positive energy to the team through his calm presence and steady approach. Even on the toughest shifts, he helps keep everyone grounded and focused. He is highly skilled at what he does and creates an environment where people feel supported and motivated. Mark is an invaluable part of the Emergency Department and truly deserving of this recognition. |
