Went over board

Kristi Maddox went above and beyond for a patient and a doctor. Dr Dye office had been trying all day to get a read on an xray. We had no radiologist to be found. The patient was in tremendous pain. Kristi not only spent time digging to find a contact, but she got a radiologist at the hospital to read the kub. Not only was the doctor extremely thankful because no one was helping him, but the patient was very relieved. Her and I even went to the 3rd floor of ccr3 to track down Dr Dye's nurse to let her know the read was being done as we speak. Her and I are just HAA's, I had no clue how to assist but Kristi figured it out. She also showed compassion to the patient because it was clear she was in agony. Moments like this make you proud to work beside my coworkers and learn from them.
