Valerie Ray’s Impact on Patient Experience

I would like to recognize Valerie Ray, our Compliance and Privacy Program Assistant, who is often the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails to our office. In this role, Valerie routinely handles inquiries that can be complex, sensitive, and at times challenging whether from staff or patients.

During a recent interaction, a patient shared heartfelt appreciation for Valerie, describing her as “the most amazing person with the biggest heart who means more than words can express.” The patient specifically noted Valerie’s willingness to answer all questions thoroughly, take extra time to clarify information when needed, and consistently demonstrate patience and understanding.
