I would like to recognize Miranda Brown, Advice Line Nurse from the clinical support team. Miranda saw a MyChart message on a Friday evening right before concluding her shift that warranted further information and evaluation. Miranda stayed over to call this patient and gather additional information. After speaking with the patient, she recommended they seek ER evaluation for further care. Due to Miranda's ability to recognize subtle concerns the patient initially listed, Miranda was able to assist them and navigate them to the correct destination to ensure they received the care they needed.
