For a second year running, Carilion's Center for Simulation, Research and Patient Safety has made Becker's list of "Sim Centers To Know."

By integrating simulation-based education with applied human factors, research, usability testing, and innovation initiatives, the CSRPS helps identify risks, improve workflows, and enhance patient outcomes. It also serves as a key research hub in partnership with the Virginia Tech Smart Healthcare Hub, supporting the development of new technologies and approaches that make healthcare safer and more effective for both patients and providers.
