CNRV recycles 158 pounds of aluminum tabs through the Ronald McDonald house!

Thank you to all staff members at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center (CNRV) for your commitment to recycling for a purpose! CNRV collected 158 pounds of aluminum can tabs for recycling, in just 10 MONTHS! The Ronald McDonald tab top collection program collects these tabs and donates them to the Ronald McDonald House of SW Virginia, who recycles them and uses the funds generated for daily operations. 

In total, Carilion Clinic has recycled 1,522 pounds of tabs - a total of 1,727,470 tabs!
