Update: Action Complete - Be Aware of Updates to Telephone System This Weekend

3/15/2026, 7:23 p.m. - Update: Work on phone lines is complete. 

We are making an update to our telephone system on Sunday, March 15, beginning at 4 p.m. 

We do not expect any interruptions to phone service, but if you are unable to make or receive calls, call the Technology Service Center at 540-224-1599 (71599). TSG and the phone carrier will have a bridge line open to resolve issues quickly. 

We expect work to be completed by 7 p.m.
