This page contains information for employees using Office 365.
After your start date, it can take up to 10 business days to get your Office license activated. This is usually done on Fridays. Until then, you can access email via http://outlook.office.com.
Please note: Any job aid links below can only be accessed while connected to the Carilion network. Remote workers should use a device connected to the Carilion network with a Meraki or VPN or by using the browser within the Carilion Clinic Desktop app on the Carilion Apps Portal website.
Office 365 Training Guide
Attention: Employees will receive access to QuickHelp, a library of online videos, to learn about Office 365 approximately three weeks before their scheduled upgrade to Office 365. Employees who have received the email notification from QuickHelp should click the link below and enter their full Carilion email address and Active Directory password to log into QuickHelp.
