On 2/9/2026 at approximately 9:40 a.m., a patient arrived at the Southeast Family Medicine clinic for a lab appointment. Upon greeting her, HAA Mrs. Gwen Jones observed that the patient appeared pale, short of breath, and stated she “did not feel like herself.” Mrs. Jones immediately offered to schedule her with a provider, securing a 10:00 a.m. appointment.

During that visit, the patient was found to require emergent care and was promptly transported to RMH, where she received the timely treatment she needed. Mrs. Jones’ attentiveness and quick action were instrumental in ensuring the patient received urgent medical attention. Our team extends sincere appreciation to Mrs. Jones for her compassion, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional patient care.
