CRMH Units Earn National Beacon Awards for Excellence

Several CRMH units have been nationally recognized for excellence in patient care with the prestigious Beacon Award for Excellence, presented by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN). This highly respected designation honors hospital units that consistently demonstrate exceptional clinical outcomes, a strong culture of teamwork, and a sustained commitment to evidence-based practice. 

The Beacon Award recognizes excellence at the unit level and reflects an unwavering dedication to high-quality, patient- and family-centered care, professional nursing practice, and continuous improvement. Units earn Gold, Silver, or Bronze recognition based on measurable outcomes, work environment standards, and alignment with AACN’s evidence-based criteria.
