Mileage Reimbursement Rate Increasing on July 26

Effective Sunday, July 26, our mileage reimbursement rate will increase to 76 cents per mile, to align with the IRS mileage rate. This is an increase from the previous rate of 72.5 cents per mile that went into effect in January 2026. 

Expense reports created in Workday will automatically reflect the new rate for any expense lines dated July 26 and beyond.
