Deadline to Complete 2026 Inservices is Tuesday, March 31

It's a new year, and your 2026 inservices and the flu questionnaire have been assigned in Workday.

Deadlines and Requirements

Inservices are very important to the care and safety of our patients and employees; regulatory agencies require all employees to learn annually at the same time.

For these reasons, you must finish your inservices by Tuesday, March 31. If you miss the deadline, you will receive a type I disciplinary action with a progressive disciplinary action if additional deadlines are missed.

You must also complete the flu questionnaire by Tuesday, March 31. This is required because our organization is accountable for reporting flu vaccination rates to regulatory agencies for each facility or facilities where you have worked during the influenza reporting period (Oct. 1 – March 31).

Additional Information

Here are some things to consider:

• The inservices curriculum you were assigned is based on your job role. Depending on your role, you may have additional education assigned based on certification and regulatory needs. These programs should be completed by the indicated due dates.
• Because the deadlines to complete your inservices and additional education may overlap, it's important to plan ahead and pace yourself so you won't be overwhelmed by fulfilling all your education requirements by the deadlines.
• Note to non-exempt (hourly) employees: You must have manager approval to work on inservices outside your normal working hours.
• Use Microsoft Edge to complete your inservices. You may also use Chrome or Firefox (not Internet Explorer).
• You will complete your inservices in Workday. If you are unsure how to access Workday, resources are available on Employee Center.
