Same Medical Plan Design and Premiums
We’re keeping it simple in 2026…you’ll have the same medical plan design and premiums.
However, the way you see your pay structure in Workday is different. If you are in a non-exempt level position, you will see an hourly rate. If you are in an exempt level position, you will see your annual salary listed.
Additionally, if you experienced a pay increase prior to Nov. 3, 2025, you could be in a different contribution tier for 2026.
What’s New
- The Working Spouse/Domestic Partner premium has been removed from medical premiums.
- A Prevention First benefit will be added to Dental plans, resulting in a small premium increase in 2026.
- The LegalEASE benefit is changing with a small reduction to premiums for 2026.
- You can elect your PTO cash-in for 2026 in Workday until Dec. 31.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Remember, open enrollment is your only opportunity to enroll or re-enroll. This benefit does not roll over from year to year. And in 2026, the contribution limits for Dependent Care and Healthcare FSAs are increasing. The Open Enrollment 2026 hub has more information.
The Deadline
If you miss the open enrollment deadline, changes can only be made during a qualifying event or next year's open enrollment and all your 2025 benefits will carry over into 2026. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are the only exception; you must enroll or re-enroll in FSAs each year.
