Be Ready to Choose Your 2026 Benefits!

Your annual benefits open enrollment is Wednesday, Nov. 12 through Tuesday, Dec. 2, and it is the perfect time to review benefit options to choose what's best for you and your household.

Here are the highlights to help you prepare!

More Time to Learn, More Time to Choose

Soon, it will be time to choose your benefits! And this year, we're keeping it simple—with the same medical plan design and premiums.

Since this is our first open enrollment using Workday, you'll have 3 weeks to select or update your benefits instead of the usual 2 weeks. Note: Even if you're keeping the same benefits choices, you should complete open enrollment in Workday to ensure all your information is up to date.

What's Changing?

• Pay Structures in Workday: Although medical plan premiums are not changing for 2026, the way you see your pay structure in Workday is different, so we adjusted the contribution summary to align with this change.
• Working Spouse/Domestic Partner Premiums: The Working Spouse/Domestic Partner premium has been removed from medical premiums.
• Dental Benefit: We are adding a Prevention First benefit to our existing Dental plans. Dental premiums will increase slightly in 2026 due to this change.
• LegalEASE: The LegalEASE benefit is changing with a small reduction to premiums for 2026.
• PTO Cash-In: The sign-up period to elect 2026 PTO cash-in starts during open enrollment this year. You will elect your PTO cash-in for 2026 in Workday.
• Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): The maximum annual contribution limits for Dependent Care and Healthcare FSAs are increasing for 2026. You must enroll or re-enroll in FSAs each year during annual benefits open enrollment. This benefit does not roll over from year to year, and open enrollment is your only opportunity to enroll or re-enroll.
• Benefit Deductions: Benefit premiums will come out of two paychecks per month. On the months there are three paychecks, benefit premiums will not be deducted from the third check.

• Virtual Benefits Fair: Attend your own personal benefits fair! Visit vendor booths virtually—on your schedule, 24/7—to learn more about your benefits options. Find tools and resources at each booth from our plan carriers to help answer your benefits questions.
• ALEX®: Our interactive online benefits counselor once again has all the knowledge on 2026 benefits to help you make choices about important life events. Whenever you want to talk, ALEX will walk you through your benefits and rewards choices so you can make decisions based on personal and anticipated needs. Get to know ALEX on Oct. 29 and after.
