Save the Date for 2026 Benefits Open Enrollment

Our annual benefits open enrollment period is Wednesday, Nov. 12 through Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025. During this time, you will be able to enroll in and update your benefits for 2026 through Workday. 

As a Carilion employee, you can take advantage of many benefits and rewards all year in addition to your pay. If you haven't checked them out in a while, make your way to the Benefits, Pay and Well-being hub for a refresher.

Open enrollment is the perfect time to look over your benefits options to be sure they are the right match for you and your household.

By the end of October, you'll have lots of resources available to learn about your 2026 benefits offerings. Here's what you can expect:

• What's new will be shared on Inside Carilion and in the ePulse.
• The Open Enrollment 2026 hub will be available in two places: under the Main Menu section on the Inside Carilion homepage and through Employee Center (search Open Enrollment 2026). Employee Center is under Tools on the Inside Carilion homepage.
• The 2026 Open Enrollment Guide (pdf) will be accessible from all the above and include step-by-step instructions to select your benefits.
• Starting Wednesday, Oct. 29, ALEX®, our interactive online benefits counselor, will have all the knowledge on 2026 benefits to help you make choices about important life events.
• Starting Thursday, Oct. 30, virtual benefits fairs will be available, with tools and resources from our plan carriers to help answer your benefits questions.
