Pamela Holt, NP An amazing Co-worker and Friend is retiring!

Pam began her nursing career in 1980, joining Carilion in 1987 and has dedicated 38 years of service.  Many of you know Pam from the various roles she has performed, from multiple nursing positions in the Cardiac Surgery ICU, Emergency Department, Coronary Care Unit also serving in education, CTL and management positions.   Most recently Pam has served as a Nurse Practitioner since 2007, initially with our Hospitalist team, then spending the last fourteen years with our Inpatient Cardiology APP team.  During that time she was voted Best NP in Roanoke five times!   To many of us Pam has been a mentor, educator, leader, advisor, caregiver,  but best of all a great friend!   I invite everyone to wish Pam well on her very deserving retirement!
