Materials Management Lawson Inventory Ordering Downtime Information

Starting 9/12/25 access to Lawson MSCM, RQC, and overall requisitioning will be restricted to select individuals in Materials Management.  Due to this, all inventory product requests will need to be submitted in via a Jira request.  This is to assist in preparations for the Workday go-live occurring on 10/1/25.

Item Listing with Inventory Location Breakdown: Inventory Item Listing for Downtime

• If the item you are searching for is not on the list, then it is a non-inventory item and must be requested via the Place an Order (Submit MMR Form) Jira ticket.
• Based on the first 4 digits of the accounting unit you are ordering for, please attempt to order the item(s) needed from your Primary Order Location.
• If the item you're requesting is not available in your primary order location, then you can request it from the WHSE inventory location.
• **All surgical packs are ordered directly from the WHSEC inventory.  These are the only items ordered directly from the WHSEC inventory location.**
• When submitting the Jira ticket, you will enter the order location ID that you are requesting the product from in the "Which Inventory Location?" field of the request.
