What to Know About Supply Chain/Materials Management Freezes

Inventory Request Freeze

From September 12 to Oct 1, 2025, the Lawson process of placing routine inventory and supply orders will be temporarily paused and then discontinued. There will not be any disruptions to supplies so do not “stock up” on supplies and items you order from the Warehouse and Storerooms. There is no need.

Freeze on Purchasing Non-Stock Items

Starting September 23, the current Lawson P.O. process used to purchase non-stock (Non-Warehouse and Non-Storeroom items) will temporarily freeze and then transition over to the Workday process Oct 1.

There are three Finance/Supply Chain policies that have been updated.

• Miscellaneous Payment–effective on 10/1/25
