Nexus Go-live Guide is Available Now

We're less than 2 months away from our Nexus implementation, and things are starting to ramp up! Here are some key things to know to make sure you are ready.

The Nexus Go-live Guide for Employees is now available on the Nexus hub. The guide provides a general overview of the new software, key changes and upcoming training. Check it out to see how you will interact with the new programs in your role.

Enter the August Countdown Contest

This month, you could win dinner for 2 at Billy's restaurant in Roanoke! To enter, read the Nexus Go-live Guide for Employees and then answer the questions on the August countdown contest form. The deadline to enter the contest is Sunday, Aug. 31.

Coming Soon: Workday Exploration Environment

The Workday exploration environment is a sandbox where you can practice using Workday. The Workday exploration environment will be available to you if you were hired before Jan. 27, 2025. We are rolling out in three waves: 

• Monday, Aug 4: Employees who work in HR, Finance, Supply Chain and TSG, along with Nexus Connectors, will receive an email at their Carilion email address with a link to the exploration environment.

• Monday, Aug 18: All managers, directors and vice presidents will receive an email and access to the exploration environment.

• Tuesday, Sept 2: All employees will receive access to the exploration environment from the Nexus hub.
