Know Where to Direct Food Deliveries to CRMH and the Crystal Spring Tower

Food Delivery Drop-Off Location

A convenient food delivery drop-off location is available for our CRMH and Crystal Spring Tower teams. If you order food or grocery delivery, you must have it dropped off or meet your delivery driver (e.g. Door Dash, Uber Eats, Dominos, etc.) in the Emergency Department garage (behind the Higher Grounds Coffee Shop).

• From the south elevators, go through the coffee shop. To the right of the shop is a door to the Emergency Department garage.
• A cabinet has been provided for food delivery storage.
• Please make a note in your food delivery app for the driver to go to the drop-off location in the Emergency Department garage under the hospital.

Food delivery drivers are not allowed to wait in this area. They may place their delivery in the cabinet or hand it to the recipient.

We have recently seen a high volume of employee food deliveries to the CRMH and Crystal Spring Tower front entrances, which disrupts patient flow and services. The food drop-off area gives you easy, covered access to your food deliveries with minimum disruption to patient traffic, ensuring a positive and safe patient experience.

Any delivery driver attempting to deliver to the front entrances will be redirected to the drop-off location. Guest Services and Parking Services are not responsible for any food deliveries left in this area. Please retrieve the food delivery quickly to avoid any spoilage or theft.

CRMH and Crystal Spring Tower Employee Drop-off and Pick-up

The front arrival and discharge zones serve patients and guests arriving/departing CRMH and the Crystal Spring Tower. To minimize disruption of patient traffic, employees are not permitted to use these areas for drop-off or pick-up.

Ten-minute loading and unloading spaces are available in front of the Riverwalk parking garage next to the pedestrian bridge. Uber, Lyft or other employee drop-offs and pick-ups will be redirected from the front entrances.
