Great customer service!

I want to give a shout out to Josh Montgomery with TSG Field Services, for all his help moving 3 schedulers into a different office space, and a nurse to another office space...all while keeping the IR clinic fully functional.

There were so many moving parts, (adding phone/internet lines, changing extensions, adding extensions, and connecting equipment) and he worked so hard to get it done.  And in addition, he was always upbeat and friendly.

He was transferred to the building after the ticket request was in process but was able to pick up where the previous TSG staff had left off, and didn't miss a beat.  

He made it easy to reach him and kept me fully aware of things that were pending and an accurate expectation of when the requests would be completed.  

Carilion needs more Joshes on the team!
