New Director Joins Guest Services

Martha Devinney recently joined the Guest Services department as Director in Roanoke. Her responsibility includes oversight for Guest Services at CRMH, CRCH, and Roanoke ambulatory services including the Riverside Complex, Crystal Spring, Parkview and Tanglewood. 

Martha is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in ambulatory physician practice management, leadership, and revenue cycle patient access. With a strong focus on process improvement and enhancing both patient and team experiences, Martha will be instrumental in expansion moves to the new ED and the Crystal Spring Tower. A Carilion leader for the past 20 years, Martha comes to Guest Services from the Department of Medicine where she served as Practice Manager of Carilion Clinic Gastroenterology in Roanoke. Martha has also volunteered as a Hospice Volunteer for the past 15 years, providing compassionate end-of-life care and support to patients and their families.
