CNRV CCU 2024 HAI Free Celebration

CNRV CCU maintained 1 YEAR CAUTI FREE! CY 2022 CCU had 3 CAUTIs CY 2023 CCU had 2 CAUTIs, so to finish 2024 with zero is an incredible accomplishment!! They also celebrated 1 Year C. diff FREE! CY 2022 had 3 HO C. diffs and CY 2023 had 2 HO C. diffs, again another amazing accomplishment to have no HO C. diffs in CY 2024! Lastly CCU maintained 2 years MRSA FREE!! CY 2021and 2022 were rough with 2 MRSA bacteriemia's each year. Their dedication to MRSA Screenings, patient bathing and central line bundle compliance did not go unnoticed or unappreciated! Maintaining Zero HAIs in any category is a huge feat, especially in a critical care setting where patients are often vulnerable to acquiring infections.
