Santa Drops In at CRMH and Tanglewood
Santa Claus made quite an entrance yesterday at CRMH! With some help from Roanoke Fire EMS, he and two of his elves rappelled down the side of the building to say hello and bring smiles to our brave little patients in the pediatric ICU. Afterwards, Santa and a team from Roanoke Fire EMS visited children in the unit and distributed goodie bags.
On Thursday Santa and one of his elves made another visit, this time at Carilion Children's Tanglewood.

Roanoke City first responders escorted Santa and his elves to the hospital before they made their descent down the building.
On Thursday Santa also visited Carilion Children's Tanglewood.
