Great Dedication

I've only been a part of the Carilion Family for a little over 2 years but the one person who has helped me and dedicated her time and effort into Carilion and the Community is this incredible woman Karen Mulkey. She wears a couple of hats around CTCH she is the Community Health and Outreach Educator and also the Infection Preventionist.  Her dedication to her jobs and her community is outstanding for lack of a better word. When I started here at CTCH she took me under her wing and guided me along. I am the Community Health and Outreach Worker/Registered Peer Recovery Specialist. Karen is also president of the Rotary Club here in Tazewell. She dedicates her time to be in the community representing Carilion, whether it be Trunk or Treat, Veterans Day Parade, Handing out education at The Community Turkey Dinner Give away, or the Turkey Trot. That's only to name a few. She is always willing to give a helping hand at any given time.I see her daily give 1000% to everything she does so I wanted to give her a shout out to let everyone Know Karen Mulky is the "Bomb Diggity"  We here at CTCH knows when Karen is involved in the project it will be Amazing... We love you Karen!!!
