VIDEO: Wraparound Care in our NICU and Beyond

Megan and Anthony Farino knew something was wrong but weren’t sure what after their daughter, Brynn, was born several weeks early with breathing and feeding issues.

She received critical care at CRMH’s neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Our team of pediatric specialists—which includes geneticists, neurologists and more—provided wraparound care for her symptoms and found a diagnosis and treatment plan. Her family shared that they were able to remain in the Roanoke area because Brynn can receive follow-up care from specialists close to home at Carilion Children’s Tanglewood.
