Gift shop greatness

I would like to thank Susan B. in the gift shop at RMH for her help this week, I was an employee at RMH and have been gone for over 2 years. I had bought a ring for my daughter in the gift shop years ago while I was there. My daughter is now 13 and lost it Friday morning. She was terribly upset. I live over an hour away and called the gift shop to see if they even still carried these rings. Not only did they have them Susan took the time to send me pictures of the ones similar to the one I described and made sure they had the right size for her as well! People like Susan are what make RMH a special place to work!
