Patient feedback- CRMH 8W ROCKSTARS

A patient's family member today wanted to share that every person who they came in contact with on 8W at CRMH made the Patient feel welcomed, cared for, advocated for, supported, and noticed. Family member states that he has been to MANY hospitals and other facilities for different family members, but this was by far the best experience he has ever noticed. Family member stated that he feels like CRMH should be a TV show like Greys Anatomy because every person they interacted with during the patients stay was like a whole other character. Specifically, family member pointed out the unit's Social Worker, RN, and mobility staff truly made the Patient and family member feel supported.
