Thank You for Taking the Employee Survey!

Thank you for taking time to tell us what you think! More than 10,200 of you completed the Employee Engagement and Culture of Safety Survey.  

Many of you found time to share your thoughts, even during a busy time. Your commitment is appreciated and will go a long way in helping us better understand what changes are needed to become a better workplace.

We will use your feedback to identify strengths as well as opportunities. While we can use the data in many ways, the primary focus is to support you. Don't forget you also can share your opinions throughout the year with your leader or Human Resources.

Managers will have access to the results site by Oct. 17 and will use this year's results to create survey goals that will help them develop best practices and actions used by health care organizations across the nation. Human Resources, Nursing and Clinical Advancement and Patient Safety will also use the data to support leaders with additional resources if they need them.

We will be sharing more information about the survey results in the coming weeks and months. In the meantime, let's talk about the winners!

To thank you for your time and thoughts, we randomly chose 60 employees who took the survey to receive Amazon or Target gift cards. Winners will be notified by email and receive their gift cards through interoffice mail.
