Committed To Serving Others

Our mission states: Improve the health of the communities we serve. I would like to give a great big "WOW" shoutout for Rae aka Amanda Lafferty-Markham who is a RN here in the ED at CRMH on the weekend team. Rae is always there to help out and provide assistance in every call for help. Rae steps up to assist and help out her team whenever she is asked and never refers to a patient as "Not my patient". This past weekend in G unit we were covered in one critical care situation after another. Rae being who she is stepped outside of her own care area and stepped up in assisting with patients in other units and care areas. If ever there is a situation where a patient or team mate needs assistance she is always there. Thank you Rae for not only being a team player, but for always putting the patient first. You are a great example of patient care first and what it means to be committed to improving the health of those we serve. Thank you for all that you do.
