His monthly 1:1s show his commitment to each team member, building a foundation of trust and creating a safe space for everyone to talk.

His dedication doesn't stop at the end of the workday—he's always available to share his knowledge and offer his time, even after hours. We’re lucky to have such as amazing leader. I could not do my job without him. He is truly an asset to Carilion and Health Analytics.
