Congratulations to Tammy Rolfes on winning her 2nd BEE Award at CRMH for November 2023!

Tammy Rolfe is most definitely one of our most outstanding CAs here at CRMH. She has been nominated for this award numerous times by patients and staff for her wonderful care of patients and being a true team player. This is Tammy's second win for the BEE Award, and we couldn't be more proud! Please take a moment to read her nomination story.  

Tammy's cheerful personality was such a blessing during my dad's short stay in the trauma ICU. We were so impressed by the cohesiveness of the "team" of nurses and caregiver assistants. We witnessed Tammy's helpfulness to my dad, but also to her co-workers...a team player with a willingness to do whatever was needed and with a positive attitude...kindness and always with a smile. We are so grateful for the staff and team working the Trauma Unit. (Both ICU and PCU), but our interactions with Tammy and dad's nurse, Carolyn, was very much wonderful and we appreciate their care, concern and knowledge. We are thankful for this hospital and the trauma unit team. God bless! The daughter of the patient.
