"Let me take you there."

A family member was trying to find her way to a room on an adjoining unit and asked for assistance.  I was about to provide directions (they were pretty straightforward), when Dru Osby, from Environmental Services, was walking in the opposite direction with an armful of clean linen.  He immediately said, "Here ... let me take you there."  And he did!  This is such a simple, but impactful action that I sometimes lose sight of when I'm busy.  I was so impressed that Dru didn't hesitate or think twice about it -- he just acted on instinct.  We can all learn from your example, Dru.  Keep up the good work!
