Thankful for Loresa Heyward with Chaplain Services!

A patient's family was needing assistance with a discount voucher for hotel accommodations after Guest Services had already closed for the day. I had tried several other departments to find someone to help me help the family, with no success. I messaged Loresa on perfect serve and she connected me with someone that could help me. Even though she didn't know the answer she helped me find it and connect this patient's family with the help they needed. Loresa is always helpful when she is out on the units she truly cares about our patients and wants to be a support for the nursing staff.  Thank you Loresa for all you do!!
