Great Catch by CFMH Guest Services

Autumn was nominated for a Great Catch by one of her peers for her 'keen eye' when she realized a patient had left their discharge paperwork and bag of medications in their wheelchair. Autumn caught up to the patient and their caregiver to make sure they made it home with their discharge instructions AND their medications.
