Linda Slone Recognized for Academic and Clinical Excellence

Linda Slone is a Nurse Extern at CTCH.  She started her career at CTCH in EVS and recently served as the department's Team Lead  before transitioning into her current role.  The first day I met Linda, she told me she wanted to be a nurse.  It's been a joy to watch Linda grow as a leader and pursue her dream of becoming a nurse.  I am so proud to share that Linda graduated from the Practical Nursing Program at Southwest Virginia Community College.  She also received the 2023 Delores Mulkey Award of Academic and Clinical Excellence.  Congratulations Linda!  We are so proud of you!
