CGCH Receives 5-Stars from CMS for two consecutive years

CGCH has received a 5-Star rating from CMS for the second year in a row.  The star rating is assigned based upon 46 quality metrics, which are divided into five categories:  safety of care, mortality, patient experience, readmission rates and timely and effective care.  The data reporting periods run from July 2018- March 2022, depending on the measure.  

Obtaining a 5-Star rating is a tremendous accomplishment, but the recognition is further compounded by the collection period, which occurred during a global pandemic.
