The BEE Award recognizes the extraordinary work of our licensed nursing support staff. This award honors support staff members who go above and beyond for our patients and families.  Jayneva shows her amazing character and respect for a patient's wishes in her nomination story.

Jayneva was outstanding! She provided excellent care! She followed all of Carilion's Values to the maximum! My daughter that is not on My Chart tried to call the nursing station trying to get my information and Jayneva did not divulge my information and came to ask me first. I am so thankful she respected my wishes and did not divulge my information at all. Respect, compassion, following Carilion's values and ethics of her job! Wow! There is something to be said about Jayneva. Do not let her go unnoticed or over looked! We are so thankful you have exemptional employee! Thank you.
