INVIGORATE: Leadership Development Program

The Institute for Leadership Effectiveness is proud to provide the INVIGORATE: Leadership Development Program for Manager and Director level leaders. This program is designed to help leaders strengthen their skills, foster engagement, and build a strong leadership foundation.

Leaders will be able to network and interact with other leaders from across the organization during our facilitated content sessions and group coaching sessions. Participants can expect that this program will be a 6-month commitment with 3-hour long content / coaching sessions once a month. 

In this 6-month foundational program, leaders will learn about:

🔹 Strategic Leadership to Foster Engagement and Motivation
🔹 Intentional Rest and Boundaries for Well-being
🔹 Leadership Empowerment through Expectations and Accountability
🔹 Change Management
🔹 Dealing with Conflict and Drama
🔹 The Thread of Trust: Weaving a Strong and Unified Team Tapestry

To ensure participants are fully engaged, the following qualifications must be met:

✅ Have held a leadership position for at least 6 months
✅ No DAs or PIDs received in the last year
✅ Commit to attending at least 90% of sessions (5 out of 6 sessions)
✅ Agree to provide feedback on the program as requested

✅ You are a Tier 1 or Tier 2 leader from the most recent Employee Engagement scores
✅ Receive approval from their 1-Up Leader to participate
