Congratulations to the PEAKS Leadership 2022-2023 Cohort Graduates! We're #Carilionproud!

The Institute for Leadership Effectiveness (ILE) is proud to announce the graduation of our PEAKS Leadership Cohort 2022-2023! We celebrated the amazing accomplishment of these leaders in completing an intense interactive 8 month leadership development program which challenged, inspired and empowered them to grow in their leadership journey.

Graduation was held June 8, 2023 at The Center In The Square in downtown Roanoke. All enjoyed great food, lots of laughter and fellowship, the presentation of graduation certificates and congratulatory remarks by ILE team members and executive sponsors. The PEAKS program is designed to enhance skills focused on Self-Leadership, Operations Management and Strategy Leadership for Director+, SMT and Physician leaders who wish to advance their leadership skills and effectiveness.
