Performance Locker

The Performance Locker is an 8-foot locker unit made by BeaverFit containing free weights, a rope climbing tower, wall ball tower, climbing wing, dip bar, battling ropes, suspension trainers, agility cones, tires, kettlebells, sandbags and more.

The Locker is housed outside of the hospital in the upper parking lot behind the Med Ed building at CRMH. It will be open 24/7, including weekends.

The unit is available for any Carilion employee to use on their own or attend classes that will be taught by Carilion Wellness group exercise instructors.
