Compassion & Commitment from CFM of Wytheville - Great Job!

These days as a manager, when you hear "there is a patient wanting to speak with you", your mind automatically goes to "oh great, what now". Well today I got the pleasant surprise of a patient wanting to speak with me to sing our praises!  Oh, how nice to hear and boy did it make my day! So, with the patients' permission, I would like to pass along such great praises to Jennifer Tarter, NP and her nurse Dorothy Farris, LPN for taking such great care of Mrs. Cooke and her family. She said, "they are so kind and thorough in their care." She gave praises to Miranda Jones our phlebotomist stating that "she was very careful and explained everything in detail while drawing her blood". She also was very complimentary of all the front staff stating, "every time she calls or even if the ladies call her for appointment reminders, they are all so courteous and compassionate".  Mrs. Cooke said "Mrs. Brittney I should have come and talk to you sooner, but I just want you to know that you have wonderful staff. They are all so professional and cheerful." Well Mrs. Cooke I could not agree more! I am truly blessed with a wonderful team! Great Job Team Wytheville for all you do to make our patients feel at home!
